– National Health Insurance
We worked with the German, Estonian and US Government to devise an eGovernment Strategy, Policy and Law for Lebanon. We did not stop there but we implemented it in the ministry of public health and in the ministry of social affairs.
– Telehealth
We implemented telehealth in Lebanon: we connected patients in primary healthcare centers to hospitals and doctors abroad. We created thus a gatekeeping and referral model while availing quality hospitalization services to remote patients.
– PPP in Healthcare
We introduced a synergy between University Hospitals and Public Hospitals whereby University Hospitals could lower their costs and expand their business and public hospitals improved their service and their patient turnover.
– Genomic Sequencing and mHealth
We were among the first to combine the concept of genomic sequencing with mobile healthcare to consolidate personalized [P4] medicine and introduce it to the GCC area starting early 2015 in the scope of human genome projects.
