Our Projects in this field focused on (1) System Integration in the fields of Control System, Energy (including Solar Power) and Factory Automation as well as (2) on Robotics. We provided E2E service from design to implementation. Implementations covered Airports, Oil Industry, Factories and Seaports. Many of our ventures included also founding enterprises in the project countries to provide the best business value.
– Innovative Drinking Water
Talaya has the highest bottling point in Lebanon at 1735m. It perfected a touch-free bottling technique and introduced the Glass Gallon Lineup. Talaya is now working on a patented and even more innovative bottling technique for water.
– Infrastructure
Whether Airports, Railways or Seaports construction or expansion projects, our role was to conceptualize, benchmark, study & design while taking into account regional development initiatives (such as Global Value Chains), manage projects, construct, assist with procuring suppliers and contractors for different phases of the project, provide community consultation, train and develop, ensure operational readiness as well as quality and safety assurance. The typical challenges we faced in the different parts of the world we worked were: optimistic program starts, physical environment, political context and human resources availability.
